Selma is the best!  What more do I need to say?  She was a true advisor to me and my family as we were relocating from Connecticut to Philadelphia.  I recognize this is relatively minor considering the distance …  but factor in that we were working within a very tight time frame in January & February – I think it adds a new perspective!   We literally were wading in snow of over 20 inches to look at homes.  We saw over 20 homes over 2 weekends, during the brunt of the blizzards.  Selma was amazing!   Tenacity is an understatement.   Then once we found the home we loved, Selma was a bulldog at getting the home for us at what we all agreed was an excellent price.   We now are living in an incredible home that we truly love.  Selma made it happen.  She is simply the best.
